Honoring Every Little Life With Love and Dignity

Supporting Families Through Miscarriage Grief and Remembrance

Who We Are

Corinne Kaneb
Cofounder | President

Corinne is the co-founder and president of Vita Carus. She received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Salve Regina University in 2014 with a minor in Spanish. Corinne worked with the homeless population and adults with physical and mental disabilities before getting married to Kevin in 2017. After having her first child in 2018, she became a SAHM and had two more children in 2021 and 2023. Corinne and Kevin are also applying to adopt internationally. She currently homeschools, leads Vita Carus, leads a women’s group, and runs a field trip group for homeschoolers on the Seacoast of New Hampshire.

The mission of Vita Carus has been on Corinne’s heart since she lost two little ones to miscarriage in 2019 and 2020, named Gabriel and Elwyn. The grief she experienced from these losses did not dissipate until she buried the remains. This drove her to want to bring peace to others experiencing miscarriage by providing them with the option of burial.

Christina Lambert
Cofounder | Vice President | Secretary

Christina has a MS in Mechanical Engineering and currently works as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a small optics company. She is originally from New Orleans, though she, her husband, and three kids have called the Seacoast of New Hampshire home for over 10 years.

Christina has a heart for families going through the tragedy of losing a child. She and her husband lost their first baby to early miscarriage and she knows the pain and grief of such a loss first hand. She hopes that, through Vita Carus, other families can be shepherded through their difficult time and that they may find peace in laying their child to rest in the Garden of Heavenly Hope, a place for honor and remembrance.

Mission

As the gentle bridge between medical care and familial grief, we honor the tiniest members of our human family with the dignity and timeless respect of burial tradition in the wake of early loss.

Vision

A world where every family experiences compassionate healing, empathetic support, and meaningful remembrance following the loss of an unborn child before 20 weeks.
